Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WAVCO Management application and website (https://wave-oil-wavco.com), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Access

WAVCO is provided to authorized WAVCO employees and approved personnel. Accounts are created by registration with a rig email and become active only after OTP verification and administrative approval. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at any time for compliance, security, or operational reasons.

Certain content (company news and operational manuals) is publicly available and may be viewed without an account.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Do not share your password or authentication token with anyone.
Report suspected unauthorized use to Ahmed.turky@waveoil.com immediately.
Temporary passwords issued for your account must be changed on first login.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.
Attempt to access another person's account or data.
Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized tool requests or documents.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy protected content beyond its intended use.
Use automated tools to access the service in a manner that disrupts others.

5. Tool Requests and Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the well/rig details, required date or on-call selection, tool descriptions, quantities, sizes, connections, and signed documents you submit. Tool serial numbers are assigned by authorized WAVCO administrators and are shown to the requester for verification of the tools received. Submissions may be reviewed, responded to, or rejected by authorized administrators and are processed for operational purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

WAVCO and its content, branding, and software are the property of Wave Oil Wavco or its licensors. You may use the service and its content only for authorized internal purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any operational outcome will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wave Oil Wavco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or to protect the security and integrity of the service. You may delete your account at any time in the application or via the account deletion page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and announced through the application where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Wave Oil Wavco's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
